The current
data from the Symantec Report seems to indicate that the “Virus World” is
still active and going strong! If
you followed early advice and installed your virus protection, you
probably have seen the inhibitors come in play, automatically, and kept your
system fairly clean. However, if you skipped
your payment, or just ignored it for awhile, you may see evidence, or
a notice has been sent to you, of an infection. In that case, you should visit the Symantec Website, review the data regarding the virus infection that you have noticed, and proceed to download the recommended “Fix Routine”. Once you have the compressed download, you can “de-compress” the file to your computer, find the .exe file and double-click on it to “Find & Remove” the virus. To Review All Known Viruses

While you are
there, visit the “Hoax List” in the Security Response Section of the
Symantec Website! If you have been
receiving instructions, in your e-mail, to make changes to, or provide
information about yourself or your system, Check it out! Review the current entries in the “Hoax
List” before you do anything!
